It is a pleasure to announce the<\/span> V International Workshop on Cardiomyopathies <\/b>(HYPERTROPHIC CARDIOMYOPATHY 2025<\/b>) which will be held in Palexco,<\/span> A Coru\u00f1a, <\/b>on 18th and 19th, September 2025.<\/b><\/p>\n

On September 2025 we will resume, with the greatest enthusiasm, the <\/span>organization of this scientific meeting, focusing on HYPERTROPHIC <\/span>CARDIOMYOPATHY.<\/span><\/p>\n

These last years we have seen extraordinary advances in the diagnosis and <\/span>treatment of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. We aim to highlight how genetic <\/span>understanding of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (and its geno-phenocopies: <\/span>AMYLOIDOSIS and FABRY DISEASE<\/b>) has led to new therapeutics including gene <\/span>therapy and novel pharmacological agents. Moreover, these new treatments have <\/span>changed the therapeutic scenario and could relegate other invasive treatments, <\/span>used until now, to a secondary role.<\/span><\/p>\n

The format of the meeting will be based on short expert reviews combined with <\/span>clinical cases that will open interesting discussions with the most prominent <\/span>international leaders in these pathologies. We will have experts \u201cfrom both sides <\/span>of the Atlantic\u201d: Argentina, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, etc<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This time we will also have the possibility of <\/span>sending abstracts (for poster presentation)<\/b> with prizes for the winners.<\/span><\/p>\n

And of course we will request <\/span>European accreditation<\/b> from <\/span>European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME\u00ae)\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
