GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING AN ABSTRACT
Abstract submission deadline: July 4, 2025
Notification of acceptance: July 31, 2025
The submitting author must register on the platform.
Abstracts may have up to 16 authors; at least one author must register for and attend the conference.
The submitting author should input all author details and upload their abstract using the abstract submission form.
All abstracts must be submitted in English
The notification of acceptance and further instructions will be sent by the Technical Secretary to the registered email address of the first author by July 31, 2025.
Abstracts may be case reports, family or cohort studies, or ongoing/completed clinical trials. (The meeting will accept original presentations as well as encore clinical trial presentations, including trials in progress. Authors are required to provide information regarding the original presentation, including the name of the meeting and publication number at the time of submission. The first author will be responsible for obtaining, and upon request, providing proof that written permission has been secured from the copyright holder of the original abstract publication)
Maximum length of the abstract will be 250 words (excluding authors, title and references)
Abstract submissions which are accepted will be for POSTER presentation only.
All abstracts accepted will be presented within the Congress Exhibition Area on poster boards. The Technical Secretary will be the responsible for the printing of accepted posters.
The Congress Organizing Committee and the Program Committee will select the 3 best abstracts; the lead authors of these abstracts will be recognized and asked to make a five-minute ORAL PRESENTATION followed by discussion at the Plenary Session.
